Ganni is a Danish fashion brand that has reinvented Scandistyle. With a strong presence in Chinese social media, Ganni decided to enter China by opening a flagship store on Tmall (Alibaba). Tritanium supported Ganni’s entry to China as project manager and defined the market entry strategy, secured all operational aspects of establishing a Tmall Flagship store, assisted with business operations and secured social media marketing. Ganni launched their Tmall store in June 2021.
Eytys
Eytys is a Swedish fashion brand specially focused on footwear. With its strong and distinct style it has become a very popular brand across Asia. Eytys decided to enter China by opening a flagship store on Tmall (Alibaba). Tritanium supported Eytys entry to China as project manager and defined the market entry strategy, secured all operational aspects of establishing a Tmall Flagship store, assisted with business operations and secured social media marketing. Eytys launched their Tmall store in October 2021.
Polestar
Polestar is a Swedish automotive brand established in 1996 and owned by Volvo Cars. Tritanium supported Polestar in analyzing its current online performance and recommended a new approach to enhance its reach to its target group within the Chinese online eco-system.
