Ganni is a Danish fashion brand that has reinvented Scandistyle. With a strong presence in Chinese social media, Ganni decided to enter China by opening a flagship store on Tmall (Alibaba). Tritanium supported Ganni’s entry to China as project manager and defined the market entry strategy, secured all operational aspects of establishing a Tmall Flagship store, assisted with business operations and secured social media marketing via our partners. Ganni launched their Tmall store in June 2021.

The market for personal care is booming in China. Tritanium has together with their local Chinese partner invested in a healthcare distributor called Femcare Ltd. Femcare’s key focus is to market and distribute, online as well as offline, female intimate care brands. One of the brands which Femcare is distributing is the Swedish brand Lip Intimate Care. After less than 12 months has Lip Intimate Care become the most popular intimate care brand on Tmall.

Eytys is a Swedish fashion brand specially focused on footwear. With its strong and distinct style it has become a very popular brand across Asia. Eytys decided to enter China by opening a flagship store on Tmall (Alibaba). Tritanium supported Eytys entry to China as project manager and defined the market entry strategy, secured all operational aspects of establishing a Tmall Flagship store, assisted with business operations and secured social media marketing via our partners. Eytys launched their Tmall store in October 2021.
